This house has such potential, and it’s a shame it’s been abandoned by its owner. This stretch of Fayette, Baltimore, and Fulton is full of blighted homes — is Councilwoman Welch paying attention? The owner has seen his fair share of foreclosure hearings and housing court violations — not surprising. We have to wonder is anyone in the city paying attention to this revolving list of names?

I agree. I pass this property sometimes on my way to work, and it’s certainly a house with lots of potential. Too bad it’s fallen on hard times. I’m sure it’s one of many in the neighborhood.
