In a recent press release, the Maryland Department of the Environment announced that it issued 80 enforcement actions for pollution, including lead paint violations. Of the 13 lead paint citations, 11 of them were handed out in Baltimore City. Receiving citations in Baltimore City were:

The total number of homes in Baltimore City affected were 97, and the total dollar amount in fines was $256,000.

I just looked up the two properties that Damion Brissett owns in Baltimore City and found that he’s claiming owner-occupancy on both. The property and mailing address don’t even match on his Parkside Dr property! I don’t get why SDAT can’t hire a DBA to run some queries to find these errors. They can hire me if they offer a decent enough salary.

I don’t understand it, either. And if you ask SDAT, they’ll tell you they have “excellent database admins”.
