The owner of this house, Andre Fozard, has an extensive criminal history for drug dealing, assault, battery, counterfeiting, and housing code violations.  In a 2005 City Paper article, writer Van Smith describes Fozard as “a federally convicted ecstacy dealer, former bail bondsman, and former strip club co-owner on the Block in downtown Baltimore”. He has also been the subject of multiple foreclosures.  Would you want to live next door to this?
