from the picture it almost looks like the bricks have been re-pointed and the 1st floor windows look new….guessing that isn’t true looking at it in person?
No, you’re right — improvements were made to the home…six years ago. Then all the work stopped, and it’s remained in this condition since then. Can you imagine how much snow, sleet, rain, etc has gone through the 2nd floor open windows?
Oh my goodness, six years! Everything inside is destroyed for sure. That could have been prevented with a few hundred dollars for windows!
Maybe tomorrow when I’m at school I’ll pop by this guy’s office and talk to him about real estate :p
I’ve always wondered what he looks like. And how he can sleep at night knowing he’s destroying neighborhoods.
