This property, located just a few blocks north of the Can Company, is now the subject of a receivership lawsuit. Prior to the receivership suit being filed, Mr. Stilwell (the proprietor of “Christian owned & operated” Stilwell Plumbing) was brought into Baltimore Housing Court in January 2012 regarding this property.

At the time, he entered into a consent agreement in which he was required him to fix or sell 721 S Port St. Obviously, Mr. Stilwell has not adhered to the consent agreement- which is not surprising since he violated a consent order related to a 2007 drug nuisance case where he agreed to screen future tenants at another property that he owned- but violated the order when he rented it to another set of criminals who were arrested in a drug raid in early 2012.
